1. Educational Use Only — Not Medical Advice

2. No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Using the Site, reading its content, or contacting us through the information provided does not create a physician–patient or any other provider–patient relationship. Such a relationship is formed only through a direct, in-person or otherwise formally established clinical encounter with a licensed provider.

Decisions about PSA testing, screening intervals, imaging, biopsy, active surveillance, or treatment should always be made together with your qualified healthcare provider based on your personal medical history and current clinical guidelines.

The Site is not a secure channel for health information and is not designed to collect, store, or transmit protected health information ("PHI") as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). Do not submit PHI, test results, diagnoses, or medical history through the Site or by unsecured email. Any information exchanged during an in-person visit, by phone, or through a designated patient portal is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices.

5. Accuracy of Information & No Warranty

We strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and consistent with current clinical guidance, but medical knowledge evolves and content may become outdated. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSA Pit Stop and its owners, providers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the PSA Pit Stop name and branding, and educational materials — are owned by or licensed to PSA Pit Stop and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and, where applicable to services provided in Utah, the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in those states.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
